TEMPESTAS GLOBAL

Tempestas Global Limited is part of the Tempestas Group of Companies, a family office with more than $7 billion in proprietary assets owned and controlled by the group and a combined 80 years of experience across mining, natural resources, corporate finance and principal investment. Our focus is on identifying, acquiring, developing and financing mining and investment opportunities for the Group’s own account, including copper mining operations in the United States and Chile.

Pioneering the future of copper, we align this essential resource with the evolving demands of technology and industry. By combining disciplined corporate-finance strategies with modern mining practices, we seek to unlock the potential of copper assets owned, controlled or developed by the Group, supporting technological innovation and environmental responsibility.

Tempestas structures and secures financing for the Group’s own businesses, assets and projects. Depending on the requirements of a particular project, this may include bank or corporate debt, secured or collateralised financing, and asset-backed funding arrangements. Tempestas undertakes these activities with banks, institutional funders, corporate counterparties and private capital providers, only in connection with the Group’s own capital requirements.

TEMPESTAS COPPER

Tempestas Copper Inc. (TCOP) is part of the Tempestas Group of Companies. The company’s roots date back to the 1920s, when the Johnson family of Arizona founded the Zelleweger Mine, which was patented in 1924. For nearly a century, the family managed the land through test drilling and small-scale mining, extracting copper and other rare earth minerals.

Fast forward to 2020, when the Johnson family partnered with Tempestas Global Ltd to establish Tempestas Copper Inc. Today, the company manages the significantly larger Kelvin Project, comprising 226 mining claims across a seven-square-mile site in Arizona, while also expanding its portfolio of copper reserves within one of the world’s most productive copper districts in Antofagasta, Chile.

In May 2025, Tempestas Copper Inc. commenced a multi-million-dollar drilling programme to further define the location, volume, grade, and value of the in-ground copper resources at the Kelvin Project. Most recently, in Q2 2026, the company completed a DeepGeo Satellite Survey across the entire Arizona project, providing further geological intelligence to support the next phase of exploration and resource development.
